About Abbey Curtis

Abbey is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. She has completed 4 years of University study and over 300 hours of supervised Clinical practice. She is passionate about all things health and wellness, so has also obtained certificates in Pilates Instructing and Personal Training between 2018 and 2025.

Abbey has owned and operated Redefine Nutrition and Movement for 5 years and in this short time has worked within physiotherapy centres, corporate settings, private practice and schools all throughout Perth’s northern suburbs. Her passion lies with finding the middle ground between mainstream Medicine and Natural Medicine by using dietary prescriptions, personalised high-quality supplementation and lifestyle changes to create better outcomes from medical intervention and reduce long-term reliance on medication. Abbey does this through correcting Nutritional deficiencies, creating individualised Nutritional plans, educating on positive lifestyle change and supporting people to live healthier lives.

Abbey’s special interests are Gut Health, Menopause, Hormonal Imbalances in Females, Sports Nutrition, Acne and other Inflammatory Skin Conditions such as Rosacea, Dermatitis and Psoriasis. She has first hand experience with Acne, having suffered with it from the ages of 19-24. She has healed her Acne through a combination of high-dose Nutritional supplementation, lifestyle changes, medical grade skincare and dermal therapy. She is honoured to work alongside Dr Charles to provide a multi-disciplinary approach for long lasting results and better outcomes.
